How can I manage incoming calls if I’m too busy to answer them myself?

What kind of actions can Caiden take after the call?

Caiden will transcribe the entire conversation, gather the important information about the call (like the callers Name, Email, Phone Number, Reason for Call, How they heard of you, etc) and email that over to you.

Caiden has the ability to send SMS/Text messages to the caller with your calendar or other important information, per your directions.

Caiden can also send the Callers information directly into YOUR CRM through the webhook process.

Does it need to be named Caiden or can I make up a name?

You can name your phone assistant whatever you'd like, male or female. We have roughly 60 different voices that can be used as well.

Why not use humans to answer the calls?

Honestly, in our early phase of this, we were testing multiple call centers to take the calls and handle the information uniquely in a scalable way and the different people answering, different questions to ask, and different knowledge sets caused it to be too inconsistent across the board. As Conversational AI has continued to evolve over the last year, the technology used to listen, transcribe, interpret, find a solution, and answer with a voice has come a VERY long way. Response times are averaging about 4 seconds from the last human word spoken, to the AI Agent responding.

Generally speaking, this is the "worst" it will ever be and it's only getting better every day.

What will my human receptionist do now?

There are MANY things that humans can do better than AI... Like organizing, interacting with other people in person, understanding emotion, and so on!
